4) Google Analytics

This Web site uses Google Analytics, a Web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, or text files, which are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the Web site.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this Web site is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, in the event of an IP anonymization on this Web site, your IP address will be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other member states of the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.

On behalf of us as the operator of this Web site, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the Web site in order to compile reports about the Web site activities and to provide additional services concerning the Web site and Internet usage. The IP address provided by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be compiled with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies on your system by making corresponding configurations in your browser software; we do, however, expressly inform you that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this Web site to their full extent.

In addition, you can also prevent the collection of the data created by the cookie and by your use of the Web site (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

We expressly inform you that Google Analytics has been expanded by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” on this Web site in order to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

We use so-called “Google Web Fonts” in order to make this Web site visually more appealing. These are fonts that your Web browser retrieves from an external Google server in the USA when accessing our site. During this process, your IP address and the address of the site currently being retrieved will be sent to Google, amongst other information. We are not aware of the extent to which Google logs these kinds of access. We do, however, proceed on the assumption that the Google Privacy Statement (http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy) also applies here and that at least your IP address will be stored for multiple months.

6) Right to information, deletion

You have the right to information at anytime regarding the data saved about you, its origin, and recipient as well as the purpose of saving it. In addition, the current legal conditions provide a right for the correction, blocking, and deletion of personal data.
